What Is Bill Payment?
You can use First Ohio Credit Union's Bill Payment to pay your bills from your checking account to anyone in the United States. Bill Payment makes paying your bills much easier. Once you arrange for bill payment,
all you need to do to pay a bill is select who you are paying, the amount of the bill,
and when the bill is due.
How Do I Get
To The Bill Pay Service Site?
To get to the Bill Payment service, you must first have the TONI On-Line Service. When you log into TONI On-Line, click the Bill Pay button. Once inside Bill Pay, you can click the "Help" button in the top right of the screen, for any questions you may have. The "Help" has lots of helpful information.
If you have not applied for the TONI On-Line Service, you will need to go to the Application on this website.

Bill Payment User Agreement
To utilize the Bill Payment Service, you must use
your checking account with First Ohio Credit Union, Inc.
You also must have access to TONI On-Line with your Password.
By utilizing Bill Payment, you agree to First Ohio Credit
Union’s TONI On-Line Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure &
Agreement, applicable regulations, including all other terms and
conditions that apply to any accounts or services you have with us.
Authorization
You, or someone you have authorized by giving
them your Password, can instruct First Ohio Credit Union to withdraw
payment transactions via the Bill Payment service from your First Ohio
Credit Union checking account and send them to the payee and account
you have indicated.
Limitations & Responsibility
A maximum payment amount is $5,000.
For security reasons, we may limit the number or the dollar
amount of the transactions you can make using our Bill Payment
Service. The amount of
each payment processed will be deducted from your checking account,
and it is your responsibility to have sufficient funds in your account
to cover the payments you have scheduled. You understand that bill
payments are not final at the time we receive your instruction.
You should allow at least ten (10) business days for merchants
to receive your payments. You
understand payments may be stopped should there be Non-Sufficient
Funds in the account. Timely
payments are the sole responsibility of the member. First Ohio Credit Union will take no responsibility for late
payments. In the event of
a First Ohio Credit Union error, the Credit Union will be responsible
for up to $50 in late fees. Residents living in a foreign country may
not use the Bill Payment Service.
When Bills are Paid
It may take up to ten (10) business days for
merchants to receive your payment.
Payments will be sent electronically, by mail or by some other
means.
You should schedule a payment with sufficient time in advance
of the due date of your payment.
Adding Merchants
You may pay any merchant or individual approved
by the bill payment vendor. If
a merchant that you wish to pay is not located within our directory,
you may add them. However,
new merchants may take up to five (5) business days for approval. Therefore, you must allow at least fifteen (15) business days
for your payment to arrive to the payee if that payee is new to the
database. You will
receive a message through the Bill Pay System if they are accepted or rejected. First Ohio
Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any merchants or payees you
designate. You may not
use Bill Payment to make Federal, State or Local tax payments. No payments may be made to merchants in foreign countries.
Cancellations or Changes
You may cancel or change any scheduled payment
through our Bill Payment Service. You must cancel the scheduled payment no later than midnight
before the processing date, by editing or deleting the scheduled
payment.
Business Days
You generally can access Bill Payment 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. However,
we only process Bill Payment transactions and/or update any information
on business days. For this,
our business days are Monday through Saturday, except holidays.
Fees
Bill Payment is available to First Ohio Credit
Union members for a monthly fee of $5.00. This fee will be deducted during the first week of each month.
Discounts may be available for members with certain account
relationships with the Credit Union. All other fees that are associated with the checking account,
including those for Non-Sufficient Funds, will apply.
Other Terms
Bill Payment features and service charges may be
changed by First Ohio Credit Union from time to time. Any changes will be posted electronically or e-mailed to you. First Ohio Credit Union reserves the right to terminate this
service at any time.
